Terms and Conditions

01. The Nature of the UnscalableWe do not sell mass-manufactured uniformity. Every object in the LINEAGE 46 collection is defined by the specific geology of its materials and the distinct hand of its maker. Variations in grain, glaze, temper, and texture are not defects; they are the forensic evidence of the artisan. We audit for material integrity, not industrial standardization. By acquiring a piece, you accept—and inherit—these nuances.

02. The Guarantee of ProvenanceWe deal in truth. Every item listed is subjected to our rigorous verification process regarding origin, material, and maker. We guarantee that the lineage of the object is exactly as described. Should an object be proven otherwise by a recognized independent authority, we will issue a full refund. We stand behind the reality of what we sell.

03. Chain of Custody (Shipping & Insurance)Our stewardship ends only when the object reaches your hands. All acquisitions are shipped via secure, insured carriers. We require a signature upon delivery to ensure the chain of custody remains unbroken. Once signed for, the responsibility of preservation transfers to you.

04. Finality of SaleDue to the rare and often singular nature of our inventory, all sales are considered final. We provide extensive documentation and imagery to ensure you can make an informed decision before purchase. Exceptions are made only in the unlikely event of shipping damage or a verified error in provenance.

05. Privacy & DiscretionWe respect the privacy of the collector. Your data is treated with the same security as our inventory. We do not sell, share, or broadcast our client list. Your collection remains your private legacy. Common items in a terms and conditions agreement allow you to:

  • Withdraw and cancel services, and make financial transactions.
  • Manage customer expectations, such as liability for information errors or website downtime.
  • Explain your copyright rules, such as attribution, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use, etc.
  • Set rules for user behavior, like forbidding unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.
  • Disable user accounts.
  • Write down any other terms or conditions that protect you or your audience.
